Operational Process
- Bath the decal in warm water (20–40°C) for 5–10 seconds.
- Position the water transfer decal carefully on the object/frame.
- Use a rubber squeegee to press out the water.
- Wash away any residual glue with clean water and a soft cloth, then dry the surface.
- Dry the frame on a drying rack for 3–4 hours.
- Apply the lacquer coat evenly over the water transfer.
- Oven dry the product at 135–150°C for 20–25 minutes, depending on the outside environment and weather conditions.
- After drying, the water transfer will be fully embedded onto the frame.
