Our water transfer labels are engineered to meet the rigorous demands of the cycling industry, providing exceptional durability, vibrant colors, and seamless application on a variety of surfaces. Water Transfer / Applied Before Clear Coating

Designed for seamless integration with liquid-coated and powder-coated surfaces, these transfers create an invisible ink layer beneath the final clear coat. The result is a durable, premium finish that enhances both performance and aesthetics.

Product Range

  • HRST (Heat Resistant Solvent Transfer):

    Optimized for liquid-coated bicycles.

  • HRST-P (Powder Coating Solvent Transfer):

    Engineered for powder-coated frames, ensuring sharp detailing and long-lasting adhesion.

  • HRWT (Heat Resistant Water Transfer):

    Applied to helmets, plastics, phone cases, and bike frames, delivering excellent resistance to heat and wear.

  • HRNT (Heat Resistant Non-Film Transfer):

    Ideal for carbon fiber frames, golf clubs, rackets, pickleball paddles, fishing rods, glasses, and other high-end applications with curved or sensitive surfaces.

Operational Process

  • Bath the decal in warm water (20–40°C) for 5–10 seconds.
  • Position the water transfer decal carefully on the object/frame.
  • Use a rubber squeegee to press out the water.
  • Wash away any residual glue with clean water and a soft cloth, then dry the surface.
  • Dry the frame on a drying rack for 3–4 hours.
  • Apply the lacquer coat evenly over the water transfer.
  • Oven dry the product at 135–150°C for 20–25 minutes, depending on the outside environment and weather conditions.
  • After drying, the water transfer will be fully embedded onto the frame.

The Color Masking Water Transfer (CMWT) is specifically engineered for carbon fiber and curved geometries, ensuring flawless results on even the most advanced bicycle frames.

Operational Process

  • Paint the first color and dry thoroughly.
  • Remove release liner, position decal, and press firmly across surface.
  • Apply the second paint layer; masking film protects the first color.
  • Cure in oven below 100℃ for 20 minutes.
  • Allow frame to cool, then peel masking layer carefully.

For larger or thinner decals, we recommend Sticker with Transfer Carrier (STC) — an additional carrier tape layer that ensures smoother handling, avoids fingerprints, and guarantees precise alignment during application.

Self-Adhesive Stickers

Heat-Resistant Clear Stickers (HRCS)

HRCS labels are designed for high-performance bicycles and accessories that require coatings and baking at elevated temperatures. Their ultra-thin base film (12–16μ) ensures a seamless look once clear coated, maintaining the original design without distortion. Limitations: Best suited for flat or semi-flat areas; not recommended for curved or oversized surfaces.

Operational Process

  • Remove the backing release liner.
  • Position the decal from top to bottom, then left to right for even placement.
  • Peel off the carrier tape gently.
  • Press firmly, especially around edges, to eliminate bubbles.
  • Clear coat and bake at 150–160°C for 20 minutes.
